What is vaginoplasty

Vaginal tightening and narrowing with laser (vaginoplasty)

Laser Vaginal Reduction

Vaginal enlargement and aesthetic problems may occur after vaginal deliveries, especially after difficult deliveries and after poor healing of episiotemia wounds. This may cause sexual dissatisfaction and other sexual problems in the woman and her partner. Urinary incontinence and stool problems may also accompany.

The procedure performed for the surgical repair of episiotomy wounds by narrowing the vagina is called perinoplasty. Surgical procedures require anesthesia, there is also the risk of bleeding and infection, and post-surgical recovery is long and painful.

Today, such treatments can be performed painlessly, without anesthesia, without stitches with the gynecological laser method, and without the risk of bleeding and infection, it is also possible for our patients to return to daily life quickly with this method. In our clinic, photona gynecological laser applications are applied for both urinary incontinence treatment and vagina aesthetics (narrowing process).

After the application of local anesthetic cream, it is performed with special gynecological laser (photona) probes for this job, with a 15-20 minute process. It is an outpatient procedure that does not require hospitalization. There should be no sexual intercourse for the first 10 days after this procedure. Normal business life and daily activities can be resumed immediately after the procedure. When recovery will take 4-6 weeks, patients are usually called after 1-1.5 months, and if necessary, 2nd or 3rd sessions can be applied.
